Ages 12 and up are welcome, before starting a program we do an evaluation and a athletic chart for each new client to see what goals are trying to be accomplished and the expectations of the program they will be in. Each and every program is custom made after the evaluation is done to best fit your personal goals.

Schedule And Pricing
Here at Premier Athletics we offer schedule flexibility and affordability. That is why we offer 8 week, and 4 week programs starting at 1 training session a week up to 5 days a week. Training session are normally 2 hours long and cost $60 per session. If you are looking for something different feel free to call in and ask!
4 week program 1,2,3,4,5 days a week - $240, $480, $720, $960, $1,200
8 week program 1,2,3,4,5 days a week - $480, $960, $1,440, $1,920, $2,400
Session schedules are Monday - Friday.
8am - 10am, 11am - 1pm, 2pm - 4pm, 5pm - 7pm
About Us
Hello, my name is Travis Kafentzis. I am a former All-American Track and Field decathlete. I ran track and played football for 8 years. In track I Specialized in sprinting (60m and 100m), hurdling (110hh), jumping (high jump and long jump), and javelin throw. For football I played corner back, wide out, and punted.
I am currently coaching high school Track and Field. I love providing athletes with the tools and knowledge to be successful in sports and life.
